Samples may be available for some products. If samples are available for a particular product the option to order and add them to your shopping cart will be given at the specific colors quote page, the page before adding the floor to your shopping cart. There is a small cost associated with each sample. Sample requests by phone are not accepted.

Laminates, Hardwood and Ceramic Tile Calculator:
These products are sold by the box. First, calculate the square footage needed by multiplying
the width of the room in feet by the length of the room in feet, rounded to the nearest whole
number:
15'6 by 16'8 would be 16 feet x 17 feet = 272 square feet Next, if a box contains 20 square
feet, then you will need 14 boxes for a total of 280 square feet.
Please remember you may need to figure up to 10% extra material for waste based on industry standards. Consult with your professional installer for accurate footage needed since you are responsible for the quantity ordered.
Sheet Vinyl or Carpet Calculator:
Sheet vinyl and carpet are sold by the square foot. Sheet vinyl may be available in standard 12 foot widths, and some styles are available in 6 foot widths. Carpet is available in 12 foot width, and some are available in 13'6" or 15 foot widths. Calculate the square footage needed by multiplying the width of the room by the length of the room, rounded to the nearest whole number.
Please remember you may need to figure up to 10% extra material for waste or pattern match. Consult with your professional installer for accurate square footage needed since you are responsible for the quantity ordered. Please note large quantity orders may be filled in multiple rolls with the same dye lot.

NetFloors.com guarantees your purchase to be first quality and ensures that all manufacturers stand behind their warranties. Warranties vary from product to product and are available online .

NetFloors.com guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the merchandise for a refund with the following guidelines: All returns require a Return Authorization Number. You may obtain an authorization number by calling 1-877-922-9764 or faxing 480-922-1444. When you receive a return authorization number you will be given shipping instructions. You are responsible for all return shipping charges .All requests for return must be made within 15 days of receiving product.
Laminate Hardwood or Ceramic Tile
You may return the entire shipment of unopened, factory sealed cartons after receipt of a return authorization number. The return maybe subject to a re-stocking and handling fee. We do not accept returns on all accessories and moldings.
Area Rugs
You may return a rug in original condition within 15 days after receipt of return authorization number. The return maybe subject to a re- stocking and handling fee. Please do not send the rug to manufacturer.
Carpet and Sheet Vinyl
You may return uncut and uninstalled carpet or sheet vinyl after receiving a return authorization number. It maybe subject to a re- stocking and handling fee.

Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you must contact FloorsOnly.com as soon as
possible. There may be a restocking fee of 25% on all cancelled order.
If the product is in transit, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the
scheduled destination. Product must be in the same condition it was received.
All order cancellations must have a return authorization number.
Returns will not be accepted for trims, moldings or overages not used.
