Mannington warrants that all Mannington Laminate Flooring panels installed for normal residential use, will be free of manufacturing defects and will not fade under artificial light or sunlight, stain or show wear through the image layer, and will resist water damage under normal use conditions. Mannington Laminate Floors warrants, from the original date of installation: 25 years for Mannington Revolutions, The NatureForm Tile Collection, The Historic Collection, The Exotic Collection, The Traditional Collection; 15 years for The Value Lock Collection; and 10 years for The Cottage Lock Collection.
A panel that does not perform as stated will be repaired to conform to this warranty. If repair is not commercially practicable, Mannington will replace the panel with the same style product, if it is still available, or with a comparable product from the current running line. Replacement panel(s) will be provided at no charge to the end user. If the floor was installed by a professional flooring contracor hired by you, Mannington will also cover reasonable labor costs for installation of replacement panels. The replacement floor will assume the life of the original warranty.
This warranty covers topical moisture resulting from normal household use such as wet shoes, spilled liquids and/or dripping off while exiting the bath, tub or shower when our recommended cleaning practices are used. These normal household activities will not harm the flooring. This warranty excludes castastrophic failures normally covered by homeowners insurance such as damage caused by flooding or standing water from leakiing pipes, faucets, household appliances or any hydrostatic pressure up to and including flooding and any damages caused by acts of god.
Product installed in wet areas such as bathrooms, laundry rooms and utility rooms must be installed using Mannington approved accessories and following Mannington's recommended installation guidelines for wet areas, as set forth in the Mannington Professional Installation Guide.
The warranty does not cover panels installed with obvious visual defects. Surface wear must be readily visible and must not have occured as a result of incorrect maintenance or accidents such as damage caused by scratching, impact or cutting. This warranty does not cover defects or damage to Mannington Laminate Flooring panels caused by installation or maintenance that does not comply strictly with the instructions set forth in the Mannington Laminate Floors Professional Installation Guidelines and Care & Maintenance Instructions, abuse (e.g. using non-Mannington glue, abrasives like steel wool to scour the floor, sliding heavy objects across the floor without proper protection), or severe accidents (e.g. floods, fire, burns).
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and installation site(s) and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only for residential installations. Any area that receives replacementThis warranty does not cover defects or damage to Mannington Laminate Flooring panels caused by installation or maintenance that does not comply strictly with the instructions set forth in the Mannington Laminate Floors Professional Installation Guidelines and Care & Maintenance Instructions, abuse (e.g. using non-Mannington glue, abrasives like steel wool to scour the floor, sliding heavy objects across the floor without proper protection), or severe accidents (e.g. floods, fire, burns). Any area that receives replacement panel(s) must be cleared, at the consumer's expense, of any equipment, furnishing, partitions, etc. that have been installed or put into place over the panel(s) subsequent to the original installation.
Limited 5 year Light Commercial Warranty:
Mannington Laminate Floors comprised of The Traditional, Historic, Exotic, NatureForm Plank and NatureForm Tile Collections warrants from the date of original installation, that for five (5) years of normal light commercial use, Mannington Laminate Flooring panels will be free of manufacturing defects and will not fade under artificial light or sunlight, stain or show wear through the image layer. This flooring is best suited for light commercial environments such as art galleries, banks, bookstores, boutiques, coffee shops, dry cleaners, gift shops, hotel rooms, jewelry stores, professional offices (accountant, attorney, dentist, doctor, optometrist), photography studios, styling salons or waiting rooms.
This warranty does not cover panels that have been stored or installed in areas that are persistenlty wet (e.g. bathrooms with showers or tubs or saunas). This warranty does not cover panels installed with obvious defects. This warranty does not cover defects or damage to Mannington Laminate Flooring panels caused by installation or maintenance that does not comply strictly with the instructions set forth in the Mannington Laminate Floors Professional Installation Guidelines and Care & Maintenance Instructions, abuse (e.g. using non-Mannington glue, abrasives like steel wool to scour the floor, sliding heavy objects across the floor without proper protection), or severe accidents (e.g. floods, fire, burns).

Any area that receives replacement panel(s) must be cleared, at the consumer's expense, of any equipment, furnishings, partitions, etc., that have been installed or put into place over the panel(s) subsequent to the original installation.
