Wilsonart Flooring wants you to rest assured that the investment you make in your new floor today is one that will pay off for years to come. Our products are backed by some of the best warranties in the industry because your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
Limited Warranty: Wilsonart International, Inc. warrants the following products for residential interior flooring applications, under normal use and service, for the stated warranty coverages and the applicable warranty periods. The warranty only applies to the original floor purchased by the homeowner for the residence in which the product is installed. Wilsonart requires proof of purchase to verify the beginning date of the warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
Classic & Red Label Products for 20 years; DuoLink for 15 years; Estate Plus, Red Label Woods & Red Label Stones for Limited Lifetime Warranty. (Limited Lifetime Warranty is based on the lifetime of the homeowner who purchases the product and lives in the residence in which the product is originally installed. The warranty is prorated based on a scale of 25 years. Approved warranty claims submitted in year 26 and later shall receive a 5% discount on material only toward their next purchase of a Wilsonart flooring product.)
LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS: Wear must be through the decorative print; Fade due to exposure to sun or electrical light; Resist water damage from topical spills only, "resist water damage" means that the planks or tiles will not swell, delaminate or peak at the seams due to topical spills provided water is promptly removed and the floor is allowed to dry. (Red Label Plans are not warranted for water damage.)
Wilsonart Floorings is a laminate and wood product, therefore, seasonal changes may result in expansion and contraction to individual planks/tiles possibley causing minor separation to occur; this is not a manufacturing defect.
Gloss reduction is not surface wear.
Wilsonart Flooring is intended for interior applications only.
Your product must be installed by a professional installer in order to receive the limited warranty. If the product has not been installed by a professional installer, and the product does not perform as warranted, Wilsonart agrees to provide material for all or any part of the installation at Wilsonart's discretion, and labor costs will not be covered. If the product is professionaly installed, for the first year from the date of installatin, Wilsonart will pay the reasonable labor and material to repair the non-conforming area or replace the floor at Wilsonart's discretion. After the first year of installation, this warranty will be pro-rated . Please see explanation under claims.
This warranty shall not apply to damage arising from any of the following: Accidents, abuse or misuse; Exposure to extreme temperatures or extreme relative humidy; Failure to install or use this product in accordance with Wilsonart Flooring Installation instructions; Improper maintenance; Improper adhesive; Excessive moisture or flooding, either by natural causes, plumbing failures, leaks from household appliances, mechanical failures, or urine; And trapped water underneath the floor arising out of or in connection with any condition of the sub-floor or improper pad.
Further, this warranty shall be void and of no further force or effect if any of the following events occur: The product is removed from the original place of installation; Sale of the home where the product was originally installed; And unauthorized repairs to the product.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WILSONART INTERNATIONAL, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR ANY SPECIAL INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
